The process is fast, non-invasive, and accurate, guaranteeing comfort and professional results.

Step 3: Lab Fabrication

Once your scan is complete, our dental lab partners crafts your custom product with professional-grade dental materials to your exact specifications. Each guard, retainer, or tray is meticulously produced to provide optimal fit, durability, and protection, delivering a product that meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Step 4: Delivery and Fitting

Once your scan is complete and your order is placed, we schedule delivery of your custom product approximately 7 days from the scan date, unless a rush order has been requested. For rush orders, expedited turnaround ensures your product is ready within 48 hours.
